3 Ways to Strengthen and Trust Your Intuition

Feeling confused on which way to turn? Perhaps you’re at crossroads or need to make a big decision that requires a choosing one situation or person over another? We all have our own inner GPS system. It's our intuition. Our inner knowing. Our connection to our higher self and our guides who are constantly trying to send us messages to help us along the wayThe challenge is learning how to use our intuition and trusting that it will take us where we need to go.

I use the Waze navigation app. I live in the country and sometimes Waze takes me on some pretty desolate back roads that are rarely driven on.  When I'm pressed for time, or perhaps its late and really dark on these country roads, I start to doubt Waze and think- “Am I lost? or "Am I taking a totally circuitous route?" . I don't always trust it, when I need it most. I feel this way even though the navigation system does aways get to my destination.

Trusting our own inner navigation system is difficult sometimes too. But like Waze, it will get us to where to need to go, if we trust and listen to it. Our intuition gives us " directions" through our feelings or an inner knowing. Perhaps it's a chill, or a pit in our stomach, a real sense of knowing, or a warm feeling in our chest..and deep inside we know what to do..but we just don't trust it. So we ask others for their opinions. We hesitate and vacillate as we struggle to make a choice when deep inside we already feel what is right for us to do.

I get the struggle. As a psychic Intuitive, I work with my intuition everyday,  sharing messages from the higher realms with my clients. I have learned to listen to my intuition when it comes to others. But still,  sometimes I struggle to listen to my intuition when making choices for myself. I hesitate and vacillate and ask others what they think, when deep inside I know the answer!

Here's three ways you can use to get in touch with your intuition and stronger reception to Inner GPS.

1. Meditate - You've heard this before and it's all true. The more you meditate the easier it is to get in touch with your own intuition. Start small. Five minutes. You wont hate it once you get into it!

2. Listen to your feelings - Your gut feelings are there for a reason. They are there to guide you.

3.  Walk outside - Sit by a stream and just look around you. Try not to think too much.
